In 2004 the unique concept of the modular NXT was introduced to the market. It is constantly further developed and is presently established in the market as the most flexible system. This is underlined by the global acceptance by our customers and the high degree of market penetration. Meanwhile over 32.000 NXT modules are in action world-wide.

Software Fuji FLEXA and Fuji TRAX

The intelligent feeder of the NXT, AIM and AIMEX achieve their big advantages in connection with the programming software Fuji Flexa and the modular traceability software Fuji Trax. There are three different levels of traceability. The Fuji Trax VERIFIER controls the feeder set-up and component verification. A positioning of feeders is possible on every available feeder slot on the device pallet. The machines automatically recognize the feeder with the mounted component, which prevents potential misplacement.

Furthermore, the PROFILER serves in connection with the barcode-scanners as a trace-back of components on the printed circuit board. As a completion of the traceability solution, the ADVISER is offered for statistical process control. Fuji has, above all, created solutions to admit a superior software system (MES) being connected with the NXT directly over an MES interface.

FUJI also offers a solution to assemble LEDs with different lightning classes and their respective different resistors.

Due to the demands of future mounting systems a higher flexibility in terms of capacity, modularity as well as high technical availability comes to the fore.
