LPKF is specialized in micromachining materials with laser systems. The company’s core competences laser-micromachining, optics, laser-, control- and drive technology result in systems to allow for especially economical production methods or new products.
The machines and laser systems produced by LPKF are used in electronics manufacturing, medical technology, the automotive industry and for solar cells manufacturing. The company has locations worldwide and more than 550 employees. About 10 percent of the employees work in research and development.
