At this year’s SMT, DEK presents the printing platforms Horizon 01iX and Horizon 03iX. Both machines are equipped with improved cover packages that ensure faster access, more user-friendliness and easier operator management.
Fast changeover and 6-Sigma performance are the basis of all Horizon iX models. Other clear advantages include compatibility and various means of in-field upgradeability.
Customers are free to choose the Horizon model that best suits their present production requirements and retain the option of refitting features – such as ultrafast stencil cleaning or integrated dispensers if and when manufacturing needs change.
The Horizon platform exhibited in the SMT Production Line represents the cutting edge of technology and is equipped with modern features such as Vector-Guard®-Platinum stencils, HD-Grid-Lok® automated support for densely printed board assemblies, Cyclone understencil cleaning, ProActiv squeegee system and the next-generation Instinctive™V9 interface.
