High-quality labelling solutions by BRADY for all applications
Materials used for labelling printed circuit boards must be able to meet a multitude of requirements to guarantee the full legibility of the labels during all phases of the production process. BRADY offers optimal solutions for all material exposures in electronics manufacturing. The company has placed special emphasis on printability and a sharply contrasted printing image, which gives you crisp clear barcodes that lead to accurate traceability of your components.
BRADY polyimide labels (e.g. B-496) are available in a variety of substrate thicknesses and surface coatings and are suited for manual attachment as well as for automated application. Whether you need matt, glossy or anti-static (ESD-proof) labels, BRADY offers you solutions for all applications. The use of auto-dispense liners guarantees trouble-free use in conventional automated labelling equipment (print & apply). The adhesive is formulated to prevent adhesive bleed around the edge of the label even at high temperatures, which guarantees smooth operations.
All materials can withstand the high temperatures of wave-soldering or reflow-soldering processes. BRADY ribbons (e.g. R-6000) are a perfect match for the label materials and guarantee permanent imprints that can withstand a wide range of solvents and cleaning processes. BRADY polyimide labels are manufactured in production facilities certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 and are UL-CSA listed. A wide range of standard sizes are available along with special customised formats.
Labelling solutions from BRADY increase productivity with quick and efficient label application, lower the total unit cost of printed circuit board production, and allow for consistent traceability.
