ATEcare Service GmbH

ATEcare Service GmbH & Co. KG was established as a service-oriented company in 2003. We provide our customers in Germany and other European countries with soft- and hardware solutions for the ATE (automated test equipment) industry.

We also run a testing laboratory for our customers, providing HW/SW applications and services.

Our products primarily target the testing requirements of electronics manufactures and the connection to and integration of repair, ERP, MES and traceability tools. We provide the following test solutions:

• AOI – automated optical inspection
• AXI – automated X-ray inspection (3D)
• SPI – solder paste inspection (2D & 3D)
• ICT – el. in-circuit tests
• FCT – functional testing
• X-ray – manual and semiautomated X-ray solutions
• BSCAN – boundary scan testing

We provide HW&SW support for the equipment of the manufacturers Agilent, GenRad, Scorpion and Teradyne. Of course, our portfolio lists the service for all our new products.
